About the site:

REAMF.com is live since 2006, currently has about 80,000 indexed pages by Google. It has been fully optimized for search engines, but no other activities (such as links, advertising etc.) were done with it. All the code is PHP + MySQL DB, the listings are automatically synchronizing every night via XML feeds. Search for listings is custom build using USPS ZIP code DB to find locations etc.

Revenue:

The website is generating some mortgage leads or the real estate leads. No activity was done about them, so they are not being sold and no mortgage / real estate company was contacted to buy them. That’s the potential for the instant revenue.

Future of this site:

Option A/ Buyer can invest time and/or resources into getting more links = increasing rankings for the search engines. The website has over 1,000,000 pages, but due to a lack of links only 80k pages were indexed so far. By increasing the rankings on the search engines, there will be more leads coming, which means more revenue.

Option B/ There is a massive business plan, which is very unique for real estate market, and which requires bigger investment.
